Since 1992, Dr. Jeff Gardner has built Smiling Oak Dentistry into one of Mt. Pleasant's most trusted family dental homes — a place where modern dentistry meets unhurried, genuinely personal care.
Our Story
More than three decades of trusted smiles.
Smiling Oak Dentistry opened its doors in 1992 with one quiet ambition: build a dental practice that families would want to stay with for life. More than thirty years later, we're still serving many of those original families — and now their children and grandchildren too.
Mt. Pleasant has grown enormously in that time, but the spirit of the practice hasn't changed. We still answer the phone ourselves. We still know our patients by name. And we still believe that great dentistry is built on relationships, not transactions.
What has changed is the technology. Today our office runs on digital scanners, CEREC same-day crowns, 3D imaging, and the same continuing education that defines the country's leading cosmetic practices — all in service of the same family-first philosophy we started with.
